How do I receive my content?
Photography
All photography packs are delivered in high resolution 1 to 3 months post wedding day via cloud storage link and are downloadable.
Videography
Cinematic trailers as well as highlight videos are delivered 1 to 6 months post wedding day depending on the season. Cinematic trailers and Highlight videos are delivered via cloud storage link and are downloadable. Social Media Teasers are delivered 1 to 4 weeks post wedding via cloud storage link and are downloadable.
What's included with the packages?

There are 3 packs to choose from for both photography and videography as well as the “Ultimate package” of Photo and Video.
These packs vary from a full day of shooting to a half day of 6 hours and are priced accordingly.
And yes, for the full day coverage we are there for the ENTIRE day. Thats 10+ hours! A full day of shooting! It’s the most recommended and purchased pack.We cover the entire day from when you’re getting ready in the morning to when you finally depart at the end of the reception! We don’t want to miss out on any shots or memorable moments!
As for the other packs, I am there for a set time and you are allowed to pick the time, eg. I can be there for getting ready in the morning and the ceremony or be there for the ceremony and the reception. If you would like to have me longer, you can purchase an add on of extra hours.
What about travel costs?
Costs of travel is not included with the prices above. We ask that you cover the costs of travel as well as sleeping accomodations and any transportation needed for the wedding weekend i.e. plane tickets, hotel rooms, pick up and drop off for the airport, gas money etc.
We will cover the costs of our food and basic needs.

How do you get paid?
Once we square away any terms, we send you an invoice for the total payment due plus sales tax.
Payment in full is due 1 week prior to the wedding date, unless specified with your package. Payment can be made through venmo or by check unless discussed otherwise.
Plane tickets and travel plans are coordinated in advance via phone or email. Reimbursements are made as soon as possible when they apply.
Can you come down on the price?
We understand that weddings can get expensive and some couples may be on a budget. Trust me, we get that. While running a business has it perks and benefits it definitely also has its laundry list of expenses. It takes a lot of time, effort, liability, and most importantly responsibility to run any business.
We aim to put out the best product. To do this we carry with us thousands of dollars worth of equipment. (that we are always updating to keep up with competitors) We keep up with the expenses on all subscriptions to software needed to edit your photos and videos. As well as the countless hours and late nights spent on learning our craft and continuing to learn all for your sake and the sake of perfecting our artistic ability.
While we understand some may be on a budget, please understand that we are on a budget as well. It takes a lot to do what we do and the prices are what they are because it is what we know our work is worth.
Please know that when you purchase one of our Packs, not only are you purchasing for the service of capturing your wedding day the day of, but you are also purchasing the time spent in communicating before the wedding, and most importantly the time and effort spent in the post production for the final product.
We aim to do our best at all times to the best of our ability. And we always try to deliver a product that is worth every penny that is spent. 🙂
